Nestled in the trees, hidden from the road, you will find this 5 room, 850 sq.ft. Cabin. The attached travel trailer serves as the kitchen. Electricity is provided by two Solar power systems. Heat in the winter comes from several wall direct vent propane heaters. There is a ventless water heater for the bathroom, and a nice composting toilet. Outside there are two sheds, a 1650 gallon water storage tank, a water haul barrel, 125 gall propane tank, a small carport. The water is hauled from the community well. However, gutters are installed, so it will be easy to set up a water collection system. Also there is a brand new fenced area that can be used for a dog run, or a garden. There is a very nice deck and wood fenced area at the back of the house. The house is partially furnished.
